Privacy Policy
How Vektor Point Advisory collects, uses and protects your information.
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vektor Point Advisory LLC (“Vektor Point,” “we,” “us“) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, request an executive briefing, or engage our services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: your name, work email, title or role, organization, advisory focus and message when you submit our briefing request form or contact us; and information you share during an engagement, such as business, leadership and organizational information.
- Agreement records: when you accept our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy, we record the fact of your acceptance together with the date, time, IP address and the version of the policies in effect.
- Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as cardholder name, the last four digits and the transaction amount) but do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: like most websites, our servers automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule executive briefings;
- To provide, manage and bill for our services;
- To keep records of agreements, communications and service delivery, including to respond to payment disputes and chargebacks and to enforce our Terms;
- To operate, secure and improve our website;
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate our business (such as website hosting, email, scheduling, accounting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations; card issuers, banks and payment processors as needed to process payments or respond to payment disputes; professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants; and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Engagement, billing and agreement records are generally kept for at least seven (7) years after an engagement ends to meet legal and accounting requirements and to respond to disputes.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices and California Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, including California law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to know the categories of information we collect and how we use it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@vektorpointadvisory.com. We will verify your request before responding. We may retain information we are legally required or permitted to keep, including records needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
7. Children
Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
