Refund & Cancellation Policy
All fees are non-refundable. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
ALL FEES PAID TO VEKTOR POINT ADVISORY LLC ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes executive briefing fees, deposits, retainers, prepaid coaching or advisory packages, fractional executive fees, workshop and facilitation fees, and fees for audits, roadmaps, assessments and other deliverables. By purchasing, booking, signing an engagement agreement, or paying an invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this No-Refund Policy before making payment.
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (the “Policy“) applies to every purchase of services from Vektor Point Advisory LLC (“Vektor Point,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) by any client, organization or individual (“Client,” “you,” or “your“), whether purchased through our website, by invoice, by card, by ACH or wire transfer, or under a signed engagement agreement or statement of work. This Policy is part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service and every engagement agreement we enter into.
1. Summary of This Policy
- All fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, once paid.
- No refunds are given for dissatisfaction, change of mind, change in business priorities, change in leadership, budget changes, or failure to achieve a particular outcome.
- No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions, late cancellations, or unused sessions or hours, except as expressly stated in Section 9.
- Ending an engagement early does not entitle you to a refund or a prorated return of any fees paid or committed.
- If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us first at contact@vektorpointadvisory.com so we can resolve it directly (Section 11).
2. Why Our Services Are Non-Refundable
Our services are professional advisory, consulting and executive coaching services. They are not physical goods and cannot be returned. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Time and capacity are reserved exclusively for you. When you book or engage us, we reserve senior advisor time, decline other work, and allocate capacity to your engagement. That time cannot be resold or recovered.
- Value is delivered as the service is performed. Strategic insight, frameworks, assessments, recommendations and facilitation are transferred to you the moment they are delivered, in session or in writing, and cannot be “given back.”
- Preparation begins immediately. Upon payment or booking, we begin intake review, research, preparation and planning specific to your organization.
- Outcomes depend on your implementation. Results depend on decisions and actions taken by you, your leadership team and your organization, which are outside our control.
3. Fees Covered by This Policy
This Policy applies to all amounts paid to Vektor Point, including without limitation:
- Executive briefing, consultation, discovery and strategy session fees;
- Deposits, booking fees, onboarding or set-up fees, and initial payments;
- Monthly, quarterly or annual retainers and subscription-style advisory fees;
- Prepaid coaching or advisory packages, session bundles and blocks of hours;
- Fractional executive and management consulting fees;
- Fees for executive assessments, operational efficiency audits, 90-day execution roadmaps, organizational design, RevOps alignment, change management protocols, and any other report, framework or deliverable;
- Workshop, offsite, leadership team facilitation and speaking fees;
- Travel time and reimbursable expenses already incurred.
4. When Services Are Considered Delivered
For purposes of this Policy and any payment dispute, services are considered delivered and accepted when any of the following occurs:
- Sessions and meetings: when a scheduled session, briefing, call or meeting takes place (in person, by video or by phone), or when its scheduled time passes and you do not attend or did not cancel in accordance with Section 6.
- Written deliverables: when a report, assessment, roadmap, framework, presentation or other deliverable is sent to the email address or shared workspace you designated.
- Retainers and fractional services: on a rolling basis for each billing period, as our availability for that period is reserved for you, whether or not you use all available time.
- Prepaid packages: each session or hour is delivered as it is used or forfeited under Sections 6 and 7.
Deliverable review. If you believe a written deliverable does not materially conform to the scope described in your engagement agreement, you must notify us in writing within five (5) business days of delivery, describing the specific nonconformity. Our sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is for us to revise the deliverable to address the identified nonconformity within a reasonable time. A deliverable not disputed in writing within that period is deemed accepted. A request for revision is not grounds for a refund.
5. Satisfaction and Results
We are committed to high-quality, senior-level work and will always discuss concerns with you in good faith. However, we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, operational, revenue, personnel or career outcome, and any examples, projections or targets discussed are illustrative goals, not promises. Dissatisfaction with results, disagreement with our recommendations, or a decision not to implement them is not grounds for a refund, credit or chargeback.
6. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
- Rescheduling with notice: you may reschedule a session once, without charge, by giving written notice (email is sufficient) at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within thirty (30) days of the original date or within the engagement term, whichever is sooner.
- Late cancellations: sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited and treated as delivered.
- No-shows: if you do not attend a session within fifteen (15) minutes of its start time without notice, the session is forfeited and treated as delivered.
- Late arrival: sessions end at their scheduled time; time lost to late arrival is not extended, credited or refunded.
- Workshops, offsites and on-site engagements: because these require significant preparation and may involve travel, they may be rescheduled only with at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice and are otherwise forfeited. Non-refundable travel costs already incurred remain payable.
7. Prepaid Packages, Hours and Expiration
Prepaid packages, session bundles and blocks of hours must be used within the period stated in your engagement agreement or invoice, or, if no period is stated, within six (6) months of purchase. Unused sessions or hours expire at the end of that period and are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Retainer hours or availability not used in a billing period do not roll over unless your engagement agreement expressly says so.
8. Retainers, Recurring Billing and Cancellation
- Billing in advance: retainers and recurring advisory fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period and, where you have authorized it, charged automatically to your card or account on file.
- Renewal: recurring engagements continue for the term in your engagement agreement and then renew for successive periods of the same length unless either party cancels as described below.
- How to cancel: you may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing contact@vektorpointadvisory.com with the subject line “Cancel Renewal.” Unless your engagement agreement states a different notice period, cancellation must be received at least thirty (30) days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. We will confirm cancellation in writing.
- Effect of cancellation: cancellation stops future billing only. Fees already paid or billed for the current period, and any fees owed for a committed minimum term, are not refunded or prorated. Services continue through the end of the paid period.
9. Early Termination and the Only Exceptions
Termination by you. You may end an engagement in accordance with your engagement agreement. Early termination by you does not entitle you to any refund, credit or proration, and any fees owed for a committed minimum term or for work already performed remain due.
Termination by us for cause. If we end an engagement because of your non-payment, breach of our Terms, abusive or unlawful conduct, or a request that we act unethically or unlawfully, no refund or credit will be issued.
Sessions cancelled by us. If we must cancel a scheduled session, we will reschedule it at a mutually convenient time. This is not a refund event.
The only exception. If Vektor Point terminates an engagement for its own convenience (that is, not for any reason listed above and not at your request), we will, at our option, either (a) provide a credit toward future services or (b) refund the portion of prepaid fees that is allocable to sessions or deliverables we had not yet performed or begun as of the termination date. No other refunds, credits or exceptions apply unless agreed in a writing signed by an authorized officer of Vektor Point, or unless required by applicable law that cannot be waived.
10. Your Acknowledgment Before Purchase
This Policy is published on our website, linked in the footer of every page, referenced in our engagement agreements and invoices, and presented for acknowledgment before purchase. You confirm your agreement to this Policy by any of the following: signing or electronically accepting an engagement agreement, statement of work or proposal; checking an acknowledgment box; paying an invoice or deposit; authorizing a card or account charge; or booking or attending a session. You agree that this acknowledgment, together with records of our communications and service delivery, may be provided to your card issuer, bank or payment processor as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.
11. Billing Questions: Contact Us First
If you have any question or concern about a charge, you agree to contact us before contacting your bank or card issuer, so that we can resolve it promptly:
- Email contact@vektorpointadvisory.com with the subject line “Billing Inquiry,” your name, organization, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of your concern.
- We will acknowledge your inquiry within two (2) business days and work with you in good faith to resolve it within ten (10) business days.
- Many concerns (such as an unrecognized charge, a duplicate charge, or a scheduling issue) can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly. Billing errors made by us (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge in the wrong amount) will always be corrected.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that were delivered, made available, forfeited, or otherwise provided in accordance with this Policy and our Terms of Service, or for any reason that this Policy states is not grounds for a refund. If a chargeback or dispute is filed:
- We will respond to the card issuer or payment processor and provide evidence, which may include your signed or accepted engagement agreement, your acknowledgment of this Policy, invoices and receipts, session calendars and attendance records, delivered work product, and written communications.
- We may suspend all services and access to our materials while the dispute is pending.
- If the dispute is resolved in our favor, or if you withdraw it, any outstanding balance remains due. To the extent permitted by law, a chargeback filed in breach of this Policy is a breach of contract, and you agree to be responsible for the amount disputed plus any chargeback fees, collection costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees we incur in recovering amounts properly owed.
Nothing in this Policy limits any right you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
13. How Charges Appear on Your Statement
Charges from us will appear on your card or bank statement as VEKTOR POINT ADVISORY or a close variation, which may include our payment processor’s name. If you do not recognize a charge, please email us before contacting your bank. We will identify it for you immediately.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. The version in effect on the date of your purchase or signed engagement agreement applies to that purchase.
